ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have not issued orders declaring as Holiday on the occasion of Bakrid (Id-Ul-Azha) under Negotiable Instrument Act 1881. In the letter 2nd read above, Convener, United Forum of Bank Unions, State Unit, Hyderabad has requested to declare 13.09.2016 (Tuesday) under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, have decided to declare the Holiday on 13.09.2016 (Tuesday) on the occasion of Bakrid under N.I. Act. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh:

In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.3644, General Administration (Poll.A) Department, dated 09.12.2015, notifying the Holidays, under N.I. Act, 1881, the Government hereby declare 13.09.2016 (Tuesday).

ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders declaring 12.09.2016 (Monday) as General Holiday on the occasion of Bakrid.
In the letter 2nd read above, the Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board, Hyderabad has requested to declare 13.09.2016 (Tuesday) instead of 12.09.2016 (Monday) as General Holiday on the occasion of Bakrid as per moon sight.
The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, have decided to change the General Holiday from 12.09.2016 (Monday) to 13.09.2016 (Tuesday) on the occasion of Bakrid. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Andhra Pradesh:
