Telangana Liquor Shops Licence Fee 2015
Telangana Liquor Shops Licence Fee 2015-2017 is announced. TS Liquor Shops Licence Fee and New Liquor Policy was announced by the TS Govt. TS Government has issued orders hiking the annual licence fee of retail liquor shops by 20 per cent for the two year license period from October 1. Number of retail shops will continue to be 2,216 as of now and selected by draw of lots. Village wise, Panchayat wise, Town wise, Municipality wise, Municcipal Corporation wise Telangana Liquor Shops Licence Fee 2015-2017 details are as follows.
Rs.78,00,000 (Rupees Seventy eight Lakh only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the village, town, Nagarapanchayat, does not exceed 10,000.
Rs.81,60,000 (Rupees Eighty one lakh Sixty thousand only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the village, town, Nagarapanchayat, Municipality, is above 10,000 and does not exceed 50,000.
Rs.1,00,80,000 (Rupees One crore Eighty thousands only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the Nagarapanchayat, Municipality, Municipal Corporation is above 50,001 and does not exceed 3,00,000.
Rs.1,20,00,000 (Rupees One crore Twenty lakhs only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the Nagarapanchayat, Municipality, Municipal Corporation is above 3,00,001 and does not exceed 5,00,000.
Rs.1,63,20,000 (Rupees One crore Sixty three lakhs Twenty thousand only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the Municipality, Municipal Corporation or Greater Municipal Corporation is above 5,00,001 and does not exceed 20,00,000
Rs.2,16,00,000 (Rupees Two crore Sixteen lakhs only) for two (2) years i.e., from 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2017 in places where the population of the Municipality, Municipal Corporation or Greater Municipal Corporation exceed 20,00,000
Provided that the licence fee in respect of a shop situated in a village / town / Nagarpanchayat /Municipality, any part of which is within a belt of 5 KM from the periphery of a Municipal Corporation or Greater Municipal Corporation measured in a straight line on the horizontal plane, shall also be at the rate of licence fee of a shop situated within the limits of such Municipal Corporation.
Provided further that the licence fee in respect of a shop situated in a village / town / Nagarpanchayat, any part of which is within a belt of 2 KM from the periphery of a Municipalities, measured in a straight line on the horizontal plane, shall also be at the rate of licence fee of a shop situated within the limits of such Municipal Corporation
Provided also that the licence fee in respect of a shop situated in a village/town, any part of which is within a belt of 1 KM from the periphery of a Nagar Panchayats /Major Panchayat, measured in a straight line on the horizontal plane, shall also be at the rate of licence fee of a shop situated within the limits of such Municipal Corporation
