Telangana New Districts/TS New Districts, Telangana New Mandals and Revenue Divisions will soon be formed. Telangana state will soon be divided into 27 districts and 58 Revenue Divisions. TS Govt has released G.O Rt.No.361, G.O Rt.No.362, G.O Rt.No.363, G.O Rt.No.364, G.O Rt.No.365. G.O Rt.No.366. Earlier the TS Govt has issued a G.O for Constitution of Cabinet Sub-Committee on Creation of New Districts in the State. At present there are 10 districts in Telangana namely Adilabad, Hyderabad, Khammam, Karimnagar, Mahabubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Rangareddy and Warangal.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee shall inter alia make specific recommendation on the following items:
(a) Number of Districts
(b) Interim arrangements for functioning of districts.
(c) Infrastructural arrangements including office accommodation
(d) Recommend guidelines for Employees allocation among zones and any further suggestions on zonal system under Presidential orders.
(e) Suggest broad guidelines for reorganizing departments for the new districts.
(f) Any other specific issues the Committee may determine.
Government of Telangana has taken up the task of Districts reorganization of the existing districts excluding Hyderabad, for better administration and development of the areas comprised therein and for matters connected there with as per the Telangana Districts Formation Act, 1974 and Telangana District Formation Rules, 2016 Under Section 3 of the said Act.
Telangana state government today issued the following G.Os for the following districts. Each district except Hyderabad dividing into 2 or more districts.
G.O Rt.No.361 Dated 22.08.2016 for Adilabad District
District Administration – Formation/Re-Organization of new Districts, Revenue Divisions and Mandals in Adilabad District – Preliminary Notification – Orders–Issued. Adilabad district dividing into ADILABAD, KOMARAM BHEEM AND NIRMAL districts.
G.O Rt.No.361 Dated 22.08.2016 for Adilabad District
G.O Rt.No.362 Dated 22.08.2016 for Karimnagar District
Karimnagar District will be divided into JAGTIAL, PEDDAPALLY, BHOOPALAPALLY, HANAMKONDA AND SIDDIPET districts.
G.O Rt.No.363 Dated 22.08.2016 for Warangal District
WARANGAL DISTRICT will be divided into HANMAKONDA, WARANGAL, JAYASHANKAR AND MAHABUBABAD DISTRICTS.
G.O Rt.No.364 Dated 22.08.2016 for Khammam District
KHAMMAM DISTRICT will be divided into THE DISTRICTS OF KHAMMAM AND KOTHAGUDEM.
G.O Rt.No.365 Dated 22.08.2016 for Nalgonda District.
NALGONDA DISTRICT will be divided into THE DISTRICTS OF NALGONDA, SURYAPET AND YADADRI.

MAHABUBNAGAR DISTRICT will be divided into THE DISTRICTS OF MAHABUBNAGAR, NAGARKURNOOL AND WANAPARTHY.

RANGA REDDY DISTRICT will be divided into RANGAREDDY, MALKAJIGIRI AND SHAMSHABAD DISTRICTS.

MEDAK DISTRICT will be divided into THE DISTRICTS OF MEDAK, SIDDIPET AND SANGAREDDY.

NIZAMABAD DISTRICT will be divided into THE DISTRICTS OF NIZAMABAD AND KAMAREDDY
