UP MLC Elections 2016
UP MLC Election Results 2016/UP MLC Election 2016 Results/Party wise UP MLC Election Winners List of SP, BSP, Congress, BJP will be declared on 6th March 2016. UP MLC Election 2016 Results will be available LIVE at SEC, UP website http://sec.up.nic.in or http://ceouttarpradesh.nic.in. UP MLC Elections/Chunav will be conducted on the 3rd March 2016 for 36 MLC seats. Earlier UP MLC Election Notification was released for 36 MLC seats for Local Authority Constituencies from the following districts.
Mordabad-Bijnor, Rampur-Bareilly, Budaun, Pilibhit-Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Kheri, Sitapur, Lucknow-Unnao, Rae Bareli, Pratapgarh, Sultanpur, Barabanki, Bahraich, Gonda, Faizabad, Basti-Siddharth Nagar, Gorakhpur-Maharajganj, Deoria, Azamgarh-Mau, Ballia, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Varanasi, Mirzapur-Sonbhadra, Allahabad, Banda-Hamirpur, Jhansi-Jalaun-Lalitpur, Kanpur-Fatehpur, Etawah-Farrukhabad, Agra-Firozabad, Mathura-Etah-Mainpuri, Mathura-Etah-Mainpuri, Aligarh, Bulandshahar, Meerut-Ghaziabad, Muzaffarnagar-Saharanpur.
Candidates have already filed Nominations for UP MLC Elections 2016 from 8th February 2016. The term of office of 36 members of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council from 35 Local Authorities Constituencies has expired on 15th January 2016 on the retirement of those members as given below.

- Withdrawal of Nominations: 18.02.2016
- MLC Election Date: 3rd March 2016
- Hours of Poll: 8am to 4pm
- Counting of Votes: 6th March 2016
- Date before election shall be completed: 9th March 2016.
