Ward Secretaries Recruitment Notification
Ward Secretaries Recruitment Notification will be released for 34,350 vacancies on the 22nd July 2019. Ward Secretariats Jobs Recruitment process will be completed by 30th September 2019. About 3,775 Ward Secretariats will be established with in few days from now. Today Got of AP, Department of Municipal Administration and Urban Development issued G.O Ms.No.217 Dated 20.07.2019 regarding Ward Secretaries Recruitment.
Ward Secretariats
Ward Secretariats will be constituted to provide various Government / other services at the door steps of Citizens through single window system and ensure delivery of Navaratnalu to all deserving people. To Enable convergence of all line departments that provide services at the Ward level. Ward Secretariats can be used for Preparation and timely implementation of annual plans of line departments to achieve the goals of the Government. They can also be used for providing mee seva services in all cluster Ward level by utilizing the existing facilities and staff.
The Ward secretariat will function according to prescribed business procedures. The Functional Assistants to be called as Ward Secretaries of the Line Departments will function as per the job chart provided and report to the respective Urban Local Body. The minimum and maximum size of population for each Ward Secretariat shall be maintained as 3000 and 5000 respectively.
The following 10 Ward Secretaries will work in every Ward Secretariat in Andhra Pradesh from 2nd October 2019.
