AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling Options Entry @www.cse.ap.gov.in held from 1.10.2015 to 4.10.2015. AP Teachers Transfers will be conducted through Web Counseling only. AP Teachers Transfers web counseling will be held in October 2015. AP Teachers Transfers Web Counseling Guidelines are available at www.cse.ap.gov.in.
- Department of School Education, Govt of AP will release all Vacancies List which includes 8 years vacancies, rationalization vacancies and clear vacancies.
- AP Teachers need to visit the school education department website which is http://cse.ap.gov.in (http://125.22.8.75/DSE/). Teachers need to download vacancies list from this website
- Teachers have to enter their preferences for transfers. Districts List will be displayed on the screen. You have to select the Mandal with in your district, to which you wish to Transfer, then list of vacancies (Clear Vacancies, 8 years Vacancies, Rationalization Vacancies of that mandal will be displayed. You have to select your options and have to click ‘Submit’ Option.

The following steps are involved in AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling Procedure.
Web Options
Teachers need to visit official website to enter their web options for transfers. Before that they required to download category wise seniority lists and vacancy position. Transfers Seniority Lists will be made available online at the official website http://125.22.8.75/DSE/. Teachers need to download the Category wise, Subject wise, Medium wise Seniority Lists and have to check the entitlement points they have secured from www.cse.ap.gov.in.
Transfers Web Counselling
As said earlier, Teachers need to log in to the official website http://www.cse.ap.gov.in for Transfers Web Counselling. Teachers need to log in to this website with the Transfers application form number. A one time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile phone number of the teacher. With these two credentials, teachers need to proceed further for AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling at www.cse.ap.gov.in
All the available vacancies will be shown to the individual. Every teacher can select up to 199 vacancies. Teachers have to select their existing school also as the last option, so that they remain in their place only if their preferred place/s are not available. Teachers who have already completed 8 Years of service at one place and teachers who have been effected by rationalization norms has to choose all available vacancies in the Transfers Vacancies List 2015.
Transfer Orders
Transfer Orders will be generated with in 5 days from the date of Transfers Web Counselling. If a teacher is allotted to a new school as per his/her preferences, he/she will receive an SMS from the department about their new school details.
