Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavam 2015 will be started from 15th September 2015. Srivari Brahmotsavam 2015 celebrated for 9 days in Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam. Huge number of pilgrims from all over India and abroad usually attend Srivari Brahmotsavam every year. Brahmotsava celebrations have so much cleansing effect on the temple and the devotees. This ceremony is celebrated periodically in the temple where the washing activities are meant to wash away the sins of the devotees.

Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavam 2015 ScheduleTTD has cancelled Arjitha Seva’s and VIP Darshanams during Srivari Brahmotsavam 2015. 512 special buses will be run on the eve of Garuda Seva on 20.09.2015 by TTD. In the celebrations of Brahmotsavas thousands of people throng the temple. They clean the temple and everyday there is a special ritual. The celebrations last for 9 days. Each day the deities are taken in different vehicles. In the evening the deities are put on the swing and given grand arati.

Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavam2015 Schedule is as follows for the year 2015.

Ankurarpana, Senathipathi Utsavam: 15th September 2015 Evening.

1st Day –  16th September 2015
Dwarjarahanam – Brahmotsavam Begins:
Pedda Sesha Vahanam: Night (9pm to 11pm)
Dwajaarohanam is a flag-hoisting festival that is held on the first day by hoisting a flag with a picture of Garuda on the top of the Dwajah Sthambham in front of the sanctum.

2nd Day –  17th September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Chinna Sesha Vahanam
2nd day morning the Lord is taken out in a procession on Vaasuki as his vehicle. In Bhagavath Geetha Lord Sri Krishna says He is Vaasuki among the serpents. Chinna Sesha Vahanam will be five headed.
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Hamsa Vahanam
2nd day evening the Lord is again taken out in a procession on Hamsa as his vehicle. Hamsa is believed to have a high intellectual capability and can distinguish good from bad.




3rd Day –  18th September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Simha Vahanam
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Muthyapu Pandiri Vahanam

4th Day –  19th September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Kalpa Vruksha Vahanam
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Sarva Bhoopala Vahanam

5th Day –  20th September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Mohini Avatharam
Evening (around 7 pm to 11 pm) – Garuda Vahanam

6th Day –  21st September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Hanumantha Vahanam,
Swarna Ratham (Golden Chariot) in Evening
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Gaja Vahanam

7th Day –  22nd September 2015
Morning (9 am to 11 am) – Surya Prabha Vahanam
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Chandra Prabha Vahanam

8th Day –  23rd September 2015
Morning – Rathostavam
Evening (9 pm to 11 pm) – Aswa Vahanam

9th Day – 24th September 2015
Morning 6 am – Chakra Snanam
Evening – Dwaja Avarohana – Brahmotsavam Ends




Tirumala Srivari Brahmotsavam 2015 will come to an end by 24.09.2015. 2nd Brahmotsavam will be held in October 2015.
