People can download Vizag City Housing For All Application Form from the official website. They have to submit the filled in application forms at Mee Seva Centers. AP HRD Minister Mr.G.Srinivasarao has lunched the official website http://vizagcityhousingforall.com for houses in Vizag.

People need to submit filled in application forms from 12th December 2015 to 31st December 2015 for this Vizag City Housing For All scheme under PMAY (Prime Minister Aawas Yojana). Under this scheme about 20,030 houses would be constructed in the city with an estimated cost of Rs.961 crore. Houses will be built with in GVMC area.Houses will likely be built in the following areas

• Raathi Cheruvu
• China Mushidawada
• Paravada
• Aganampudi
• Madhuravada
• Neralla Valasa
• Sankaram
• Satyanarayana Puram (Urban)
• Kommadhi

Vizag City Housing For All Eligibility

People who are living in the GVMC limits with White Ration card and Aadhar Number. Applicant must not have a own house/apartment against his/her name or against family members. The following documents should be submitted with application form.

1.White Ration Card

2.Aadhar Card

3.Title Document (If applicant already have own site)

Applicant should be a resident in the following areas.

Visakhapatnam Urban, China Gadili, Gajuwaka, Peda Gantyada, Anakapalli Urban, Bheemili Urban

PMAY Scheme Subsidy Details

• Cost for house construction: Rs.4,80,000
• Govt of India Subsidy: Rs.1,50,000
• AP State Govt Subsidy: Rs.80,000
• Bank Loan: Rs.2,00,000
• Applicant/Beneficiary share: Rs.50,000

Applicants have to fill the Vizag City Housing For All Application Form and need to submit the same at MEE SEVA Centers along with required documents as said above. Applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.50 for submitting Vizag City Housing For All Application Forms. Mee Seva Centers will fill applicants details in an Online Application Form.
